Our trip to Corning gave the kids an opportunity to play in the snow, when Corning received over 6 inches of the white stuff. The kids stayed outside until 9pm playing. They even had enough in the them to get up the next day and go sled riding (see prior series of photos).

When the Allen family lived in Fonda, NY (from approx 1973-1979) Millie and her late husband Elmer were sitters for the Allen family. When we moved back to Corning, NY in 1979 we continued to stay in touch with them and continue to visit Millie as often as we can.
